Per Florida Statute § 489.147, contractors may not waive, absorb, or rebate insurance deductibles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinton O'Brien and Providential Roofing & Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed $100.
